I did a GOOGLE search to find you and picked what I thought was a solid website from the search list.  Then, when I called and spoke to you on the phone, I was even more satisfied that I had found an excellent Home Inspection Company based on my search technique.

I ended up giving your name/company’s name to my real estate agent and she too verified through her sources that your company AL Inspections had an excellent reputation from what we could see online.  She then proceeded to contact you and you were very accommodating to our inspection needs.  In fact, at first we scheduled what we thought was a good time but then when we requested a quicker service, you accommodated us for an even quicker appointment.

Upon meeting you at the property, you were solidly professional and very pleasant as well.  John and I felt reassured that our inspection was in good hands.  You proceeded to go about your checklist while at the same time invited us to ask questions along the way.  It was as calming an experience as we would have hoped for what is otherwise a somewhat-to-very stressful situation for most, re:  buying a new home.
